Raising a Toddler in a 3BHK World

Because parenting doesn’t happen in perfect homes — it happens in real ones.

A heart-warming, laugh-out-loud book about raising a toddler in a small home with big emotions, bigger messes, and endless love. If you’ve ever whispered “bas ek spoon aur”… this book already knows you.

Raising a toddler in a small home is not just about space. It’s about patience, adaptability, and learning how life rearranges itself around responsibility.

This book doesn’t offer advice or solutions. It reflects on real moments — long days, short nights, small wins, quiet frustrations, and thoughts that surface when life feels full and unfinished at the same time. Written from lived experience, it captures the emotional texture of modern parenting without trying to simplify it.

You don’t need a bigger house. You don’t need better routines. You don’t need to be a “perfect parent.” You just need reassurance that what you’re doing is enough.

That’s what this book gives you. Not advice. Not judgement. Just comfort.

Who this book is for

  • You’ve said “bas ek spoon aur” more times than you can count
  • Your toddler runs the house (and you secretly admire it)
  • Your home may be small, but the emotions are BIG
  • You laugh, cry, and question yourself — sometimes in the same hour
  • You’re looking for comfort, not judgement

And if your child is older now, but you still remember the tiny hands tugging at you, the repeated songs, the bedtime negotiations, the exhaustion mixed with joy — this book will feel like opening a memory you didn’t know you missed.

Who this book is not for

  • You’re looking for strict parenting rules, charts, or schedules
  • You want medical, psychological, or expert advice
  • You expect “perfect parent” success stories
  • You prefer step-by-step instructions over emotional reading

This book doesn’t tell you what to do. It gently reminds you that you’re not failing.

A few lines from the book

“Parenting isn’t about clean plates. It’s about tiny victories.”

“You didn’t just raise a toddler. You survived a season that raised you too.”

Why this book exists

This book wasn’t planned. It was written in between snack negotiations, early morning wake-ups, and moments of exhaustion and love — by a parent living this phase, not looking back at it. Not as an expert. Not as a guide. But as someone right there in the mess — trying, failing, loving, and learning one day at a time.

“I studied how life begins — parenting taught me how it feels.” Before becoming a parent, I spent years around science — learning how life forms, grows, and moves through stages. Parenthood changed that. Nothing about raising a toddler follows a manual. When Kiki arrived, days grew louder, emotions deeper, and moments far too meaningful to let slip away. Writing became my way of slowing things down… of holding on.

As Friedrich Nietzsche once said, “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.” This book is my why. I wrote it so you can live these moments if you haven’t yet — and relive them if you already have.

A thoughtful gift

For new parents, first-time moms and dads, baby showers and welcome-home moments, parents feeling overwhelmed or unseen, parents whose toddlers are older now — and yourself. Yes, that counts too.
