I Wrote My First Book
I wrote my first book. At least... that's what the cover says.
She created all the characters. The chef. The doctor. The dinosaur. And occasionally... the boss.
She conducted the field research. Climbing furniture. Testing gravity. Investigating every drawer marked "Do Not Open."
She provided the plot twists. Asked for the pink cup. Cried because I gave her the pink cup.
She supervised every page. Mostly by pressing the keyboard... and asking for snacks during important scenes.

A note from Arjun
When I started this journey, I thought I was simply documenting Kiki’s toddler years.
But slowly, I realised something…
I wasn’t writing a book.
I was living inside one.
Kiki was creating the characters, setting the scenes and delivering new plot twists every few minutes.
One moment, she was a chef serving invisible tea.
The next, a doctor examining her toys.
And sometimes, the tiny boss running our entire home.
There were adventures inside every drawer, drama over the colour of a cup, and little life lessons hidden between scattered toys and unfinished meals.
But I wasn’t looking at any of it as a writer.
I was simply her father—running behind her, laughing with her, worrying about her and discovering the world all over again through her eyes.
Kiki provided the characters.
The scenes.
The chaos.
The laughter.
The moments.
I simply lived them.
And before I knew it, the life we were living had found its way onto the pages.
